Do you accept international orders?
We're sorry but at this stage Bagworld only delivers within Australia, and payment is via credit card or PayPal and charged in Australian dollars.
Is it safe to buy online?
Bagworld is a trustworthy online company. We are contactable by phone, email and post (see our Contact Us page for details), and are able to assist you with your product choice and order placement. We have policies and processes in place to ensure the security of your details and the payment process.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We work closely with our trusted payment partners PayPal and Camtech to ensure that all your personal and payment details are kept safe. We truncate all your personal information so that it's protected as it travels over the Internet.
If you think your credit or debit card has been used fraudulently, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. For information on how we use any personal information you give, please read our Privacy Statement.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Bagworld?
We respect your privacy. We may share general information about the use of our site with advertisers, sponsors, content providers and other third parties, but we generally only disclose anonymous information about our users and except where otherwise specifically required to do so, will not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party without your approval. On occasions it may become necessary to release personal information, including if we are required to do so by law.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Do you want to return something? You can return any item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Products must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Bagworld at the expense of the customer. Please include a copy of your receipt.

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour, or you want a different item, just place a new order. That way it will get to you quicker too!
We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to the original account used.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.
Your products are so cheap, are they genuine?
We are proud of the products we sell, and only sell products that are of high quality, backed up by a full manufacture’s warranty. Our products are the genuine article, and we do not sell used products or seconds.

How long does delivery take?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, or to receive a refund of payment.
Express post delivery is available at an extra charge and can be selected at checkout.
Does Bagworld have a minimum order amount?
Yes, Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95 to offer free standard delivery with every purchase.
What is a TSA lock?
In the USA, to ensure airline and travel security, the TSA, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screens luggage before it is placed on the airplane.
In the event that luggage has to be physically inspected and opened, standard locks may be forced opened and damaged in the process. This would leave the luggage unlocked and potentially at risk.
TSA approved locks, marked by the red diamond insignia, can be opened and then relocked by US security officers with a master key.
ATTENTION: The lock is delivered without this master key as only TSA authorities have this key. If your TSA lock is a combination lock, you will use the numbered dials to lock and open your luggage. TSA padlocks will be supplied with keys for you to use, but not the master key.
How do I open my combination lock for the first time?
When your combination lock is new, it is set to 0-0-0 by the manufacturer. Move the dials to 0-0-0 and then press the release button to open the lock.
