Do you accept international orders?

We're sorry but at this stage Bagworld only delivers within Australia, and payment is via credit card or PayPal and charged in Australian dollars.

Is it safe to buy online?

Bagworld is a trustworthy online company. We are located in Perth, Western Australia, and are contactable by phone, email and post (see our Contact Us page for details). We have policies and processes in place to ensure the security of your details and the payment process.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We work closely with our trusted payment partners PayPal and Camtech to ensure that all your personal and payment details are kept safe. We truncate all your personal information so that it's protected as it travels over the Internet.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We hope you are delighted with your order. So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Bagworld gives you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, from the date printed on the invoice. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Your products are so cheap, are they genuine?

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch operates Monday to Friday. Orders received before midday can be processed the same business day. In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, or to receive a refund of payment.

The expected delivery timeframe is within 6 business days from order placement.

Does Bagworld have a minimum order amount?

Yes, Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95 to offer free delivery with every purchase.
