Bagworld is an Australian company, owned and run by a family with more than 20 years in the bag business.

We are proud of the products we sell, and only sell products that are of high quality, backed up by a full manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell used products or seconds.

Money Back Guarantee

So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Bagworld gives you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, from the date printed on the invoice. Products must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Bagworld at the expense of the customer.

For all returns, along with the product you need to include your full name, contact details and receipt.  When sending items back to us, we recommend using registered post so that you can track your parcel in case of mishap during transit. All returns must be packaged safely and securely, as damage during transit can cause complications for the returns process.

When You Receive Your Order

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Bagworld and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at no extra cost to you.

Warranty Based Returns

Every product you purchase from Bagworld comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults.  Warranties do not cover general wear and tear or misuse.   Warranty periods differ for different products, and start from the purchase date on your receipt.
