I ordered a Samsonite laptop wheel bag and beauty bag last week, after seeing them in stores for higher than the Bagworld price.  On top of this, one of the bags included a luggage scale as a bonus. I had a query after I placed the order so sent off an email to the customer service team and was answered within 15 minutes of sending the email. My luggage arrived today only a few days after ordering and it came from WA to Melbourne.

The quality and price is amazing, delivery was quick and the customer service was beyond expectation. I will be buying my bags from Bagworld from now on and will highly recommend them to everyone I know. A great experience. Thank you. Diane, Williamstown VIC.
