Content on this site cannot be copied or used in any way without the written consent of Bagworld. Failure to adhere to this may result in a breach of copyright or trademark, or other laws leading to civil and criminal prosecution.

Liability

Bagworld or any linked sites cannot be held accountable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site or linked site.

Accuracy

Every effort is made to ensure all content provided by Bagworld is 100% accurate. The dimensions shown are the outside dimensions, including carry handles, wheels, bottom glides, side pockets, and other external components. Information relating to cabin bag sizing is provided as a guide only and customers are advised to check with their airlines for specific details.

Bagworld reserves the right to cancel any orders in the following circumstances:

If an order is made for a product at an incorrect price, which may be due to typographical errors or incorrect pricing information from suppliers.

If an item ordered is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

If an order is cancelled and payment has already been taken, Bagworld will refund the payment.

Availability and Orders

Bagworld reserves the right to cancel and refund orders, or to refuse to accept an order. This may arise where items are sold out or no longer available. Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95 to offer free delivery with every purchase. Application of the Price Beat Guarantee is at Bagworld's discretion and it does not apply to Bagworld's own prices. Bagworld reserves the right to modify free gifts supplied without notice, but will maintain equivalent value.

Delivery

Bagworld cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of Bagworld's control. However, we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Bagworld, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

Bagworld reserves the right to make changes to the site, and terms and conditions without notice to the customer. Visiting this site or placing an order is you acknowledging and accepting these conditions.

Returns Policy

Our Guarantee to You

Bagworld is an Australian company, owned and run by a family with more than 20 years in the bag business.  We are proud of the products we sell, and only sell products that are of high quality, backed up by a full manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell used products or seconds.

Money Back Guarantee

So that you feel comfortable with your purchases, Bagworld gives you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, from the date printed on the invoice. Products must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Bagworld at the expense of the customer.

For all returns, along with the product you need to include your name and contact details, a copy of your receipt, and a note stating if you would like an exchange or refund.

When You Receive Your Order

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Bagworld and we will organise to have the item replaced.

Warranty Based Returns

Every product you purchase from Bagworld comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty.  Warranty periods differ for different products, and start from the purchase date on your receipt. Warranties cover manufacturing defects or faults. 

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from airlines and other carriers. We recommend that you check over your bag when retrieving it from a carrier, and if there is any damage, please report it to the airline or carrier at that time.

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer or service centre for help with the issue. You can also contact Bagworld for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost.  If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge.  In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
