Delivery

With our best price promise, Bagworld gives you free and speedy delivery of your purchase, with reliable carriers. When you buy from Bagworld, what you pay for your product is all you will pay – there are no extra fees or charges, however, Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95 to offer free delivery with every purchase.

Delivery is within Australia, to street addresses or PO Boxes, and requires signature on delivery or collection. This helps to ensure that you receive the item you ordered.

Our delivery system also keeps track of your purchase during delivery.

Dispatch operates Monday to Friday. Orders received before midday can be processed the same business day. 

In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.

Bagworld cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of Bagworld’s control. However, we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Bagworld, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
