General Delivery Information

With our best price promise, Bagworld gives you free and speedy delivery of your purchase, with reliable carriers. When you buy from Bagworld, what you pay for your product is all you will pay – there are no extra fees or charges, however, Bagworld has a minimum order amount of $19.95 to offer free delivery.

Delivery is within Australia, to street addresses or PO Boxes, and requires signature on delivery or collection. This helps to ensure that you receive the item you ordered.

Our delivery system also keeps track of your purchase during delivery. You will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. Free delivery applies to regular post.  Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out.

In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.

Bagworld guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage are out of Bagworld’s control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Bagworld, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
